If breakfast is incredible I will update however I don't feel it will be. I would not recommend this until they sort it out. The rooms are very noisy.We went for a small beer on 1st floor, lots of rattan chairs, but no cleared tables or ashtrays, some seats still wet from bathers, totally unacceptable especially in these times.Sanitiser doesn't work in lifts. We finally found the Spa and had to book an appointment which is OK but it was empty at the time. I have not yet seen one restaurant open in hotel. Then found lots of black hair on floor next to my bed! Come on this is still Covid time hotels have only been open a few weeks.Bathroom also has hairs in.Beds appear clean. Due to its location, in the center of a residential area, the Sun Palace Hotel is one of the best options for relaxation on the Costa Blanca.Sun Palace is 700 meters away from the beach and offers a free shuttle to the sea promenade for all its customers.The hotel has magnificent views of the Albir beach and the bays of Altea and Calpe, as well. After going to 4th floor there were different turnings, no signs to say which numbers so a maze! Our room was 2 single beds, no choice on this! A TV that doesn't work, a fridge unplugged.No info book, no spa leaflets no map no tea and coffee. we gave our details and were given keys we asked where breakfast was in the morning and told 1st floor. There was a queue at reception which took 20 minutes to get addressed.
there was an intercom but did not no whether to push it or not in case for deliveries, hence parked on street and saved 10 euros. I was bought this as a smart box gift.On entering hotel we tried to use car park.
